Editing the Deployment Environment

The following steps are used to edit the deployment environment after an Envoy System is created.

  1. From the Envoy System Panel, select Settings then Install. Click Edit deployment configuration in the bottom right-hand bottom of the pane.
  2. (Optional) Use the toggle to configure if Communicate with gRPC over HTTP is enabled or disabled.
  3. (Optional) Configure OPA gRPC HTTP Address with the address and port used when Envoy connects to OPA with gRPC over HTTP.
  4. (Optional) Configure OPA gRPC Listen Address with the address and port OPA listens with for gRPC communication over HTTP.
  5. (Optional) Configure Set Envoy to Dry Run mode to configures the Envoy server to unconditionally return an OK status.
  6. (Optional) Configure Enable gRPC server reflection to enables gRPC server reflection on the Envoy External Authorization gRPC server.
  7. (Optional) Configure Protocol Buffers Descriptors Path to set the path to a protocol buffer to enables the capability to decode the raw body to the parsed body.
  8. (Optional) Configure Envoy Max Receive Message Size to set the maximum message size in bytes the gRPC server can receive.
  9. (Optional) Configure Envoy Max Send Message Size to set the maximum message size in bytes the gRPC server can send.
  10. (Optional) Configure Decision labels.
  11. (Optional) Use the toggle to configure if OPA persistent bundles is enabled.
  12. (Optional) Configure the OPA bundle polling frequency.
  13. (Optional) Use the toggle to configure if Print decisions in OPA console is enabled.
  14. (Optional) Configure the Minimum memory for OPA.
  15. (Optional) Configure the Minimum memory for OPA.
  16. (Optional) Configure the Maximum memory for OPA.
  17. (Optional) Configure the Maximum CPU for OPA.
  18. (Optional) Configure Trusted certificate authority to provide a trusted CA certificate in PEM format.
  19. Click Update.

The deployment environment settings are configured.
