New Features and Enhancements​

This section describes the new features and enhancements in Styra DAS On-premises 0.5.8.

On-Premises​

  • Fine-Grained Access Control for DAS (Authorization v2) is generally available for on-premises deployments. For instructions on how to trigger the automatic migration from Authorization v1 and enable the new capabilities such as SSO-based permissions and more granular RBAC roles.

Issues Fixed​

This section describes the issues fixed in Styra DAS On-premises 0.5.8.

Data Sources​

  • Fixed an issue where data source configuration could be corrupted. This was caused by a race condition during the migration to use Authorization v2. This impacts users of 0.5.6 and 0.5.7 who need to migrate from Authorization v1 to v2.

GUI​

  • Fixed an issue that could expose a user's password in the activity log when the user resets their password. This impacts users of 0.5.6 and 0.5.7 who do not use SSO.
